Hi all, I've just booted up Farcry 5 on my new PC and fps performance is below 30 which is very odd as it's a well specced PC that runs everything else at 60+. The problem is the same for both in game and during the Benchmarking option. I think for some reason it's not using the power of my GPU as NXZT Cam is reporting that GPU load is at 0%. I’ve made a small mistake in my installation script. So when you install the game with in-game editor selected, one file is not renamed properly. But don’t you worry, you can easily fix it in a second. Just go to “data_final\pc\ingameeditor” game folder, delete igepack.dat file and rename igepack.dat_ to igepack.dat. That’s it! the game can barely hit 60 fps most of the time and changing the settings from ultra to lowest gives maybe 10 - 15 fps at most. specs are 2080 ti ryzen 7 2700x 32gbs ddr4 trident z 3000mhz win 10 home game is stored on a ssd if anyone has any tips itd really help me out as ive wanted to play this game quite a lot lately, going without a hud and full immersion, but its quite hard to enjoy the Far Cry 5 > Player Support > Topic Details.
